Our #1 priority is to make sure our clothes make you & your little ones happy! Returns and Exchanges will be accepted in the following cases.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, have ordered the wrong size, or have any other issue or concern please email us through our Contact Us Form within 5 days of order receipt. To better serve your needs we now offer immediate assistance during our business hours via "live chat support" on . You can also direct your unresolved issues, questions or concerns to our Customer Support Team at or private message us on our Facebook page. We will work with you on finding a mutually acceptable solution that involves either replacing the item(s) in question or issuing a store credit. Any returned merchandise must be received in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags attached). Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will be shipped back at no charge. We suggest you send your returns via a trackable shipment method.

If you have received your order with damages, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for a return or exchange. You can use the contact us form or email You must receive authorization from customer service prior to returning the order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns are handled within seven business days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for credit to appear on your billing statement. Original Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are returning merchandise that is defective, you will be provided with a printable shipping label to cover the cost of your return shipping upon customer service approval. Any returned merchandise must be received in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags attached). Goods discounted more than 50% are not eligible for returns.

Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Mia Belle Baby store credit or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order with Mia Belle Baby.
