What is your standard shipping time?
All stocked items ship from our warehouse in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Please allow 10-12 days for processing and delivery. If an item takes longer to ship it will be noted on the product page.
Please note that we typically ship all items together in one order; however, we will occasionally ship items separately if one is on back-order or experiencing delays. If you require assistance in understanding shipping time frames of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us through our “Contact Us” form.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping for orders is $5.99 USPS priority mail. This means that no matter how many items are in your order we still get charged only $5.00. We also offer expedited options.
Will you please help me with sizes?
Mia Belle clothing runs true to size but the cut on the clothing is Slim/European fit. If we happen to have a particular item that runs small, then we will include that information in the post.
What is your return policy?
Our #1 priority is to make sure our clothes make you & your little ones happy! Returns and Exchanges will be accepted in the following cases.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise, have ordered the wrong size, or have any other issue or concern please email us through our Contact Us Form within 5 days of order receipt or call us: 954-589-2896 between Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST or. We will work with you on finding a mutually acceptable solution that involves either replacing the item(s) in question or issuing a store credit. Any returned merchandise must be received in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags attached). Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will be shipped back at no charge. We suggest you send your returns via a trackable shipment method.
If you have received your order with damages, please contact us within 5 days of receipt for a return or exchange. You can use the contact us form or email email@example.com. You must receive authorization from customer service prior to returning the order. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returns are handled within seven business days of receipt at our warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for credit to appear on your billing statement. Original Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are returning merchandise that is defective, you will be provided with a printable shipping label to cover the cost of your return shipping upon customer service approval. Any returned merchandise must be received in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags attached). Goods discounted more than 50% are not eligible for returns.
Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Mia Belle Baby store credit or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order with Mia Belle Baby.
