Returns should be easy — and they are! Here’s how it works:

  2. Enter your order number and ZIP code
  3. Select the items you’d like to return or exchange
  4. Choose store credit (with a bonus!) or a refund
  5. Print your return label and send your items back

How do I start a return or exchange?

Visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number and zip code, select your items, and follow the steps. You'll get a confirmation email with return instructions and a label (if eligible).

Can I return something I bought internationally?

Email cs@miabellebaby.com to request a return authorization. You'll receive a list of eligible items, RMA code, and return address. You cover shipping and fees. Items must arrive within 14 days of delivery.

What if my item is damaged?

Please initiate a return within 14 days. We'll inspect the item upon arrival. If confirmed defective, we'll issue a refund or replacement. If not, the return may be denied.

What if I received a gift?

Gift recipients can receive store credit or an exchange. Email us with your info and the original purchaser's name. Refunds can only go to the original cardholder.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Email cs@miabellebaby.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll try to process your request, but changes are not guaranteed once an order is in progress.

Why does my item look different than online?

Screens can display colors differently. We photograph in natural light, but small variations may occur depending on your device.

My package was returned or never arrived. What now?

Check your local carrier or delivery notice. If it was returned to us, we'll re-ship it or offer store credit. If you entered the wrong address, we'll still help you out!

How do I ship my return?

After completing your return in the portal, you'll receive a confirmation email with a shipping label and instructions.

When will I get my refund or credit?

Returns are processed within 7 business days of arrival. Refunds may take up to 30 days depending on your bank. Store credit is emailed once your return is approved.
