Mia Belle Baby ships UPS to all 50 United States. We do ship and bill orders internationally. All international orders are subject to additional review to insure against fraud. Due to this process, international orders will take up to 4 business days to process. Deliveries are made Mondays through Saturdays (holidays excluded). Ground Shipping:
Orders shipped UPS ground will be delivered within 7-10 days after we process them. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.

3-Day Select:
Orders shipped UPS 3-day select will be delivered 3 days after we process them. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.

2-Day Air:
Orders shipped UPS 2-day air will be delivered 2 days after we process them. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.

2-day air AM:
Orders shipped UPS 2-day air a.m. will be delivered before noon 2 days after we process them. Orders will be processed within 1 business day after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.

Next day air:
Orders shipped UPS next day air will be delivered the day after we process them. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.

Next day air AM:
Orders shipped UPS next day air a.m. will be delivered the morning after we process them. Orders will be processed within 2 business days after they are placed and credit card authorization is received.

Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to stock out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify customers through email. If no response is received in 24 hours, we will ship as is. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill.

Return Policy:
Return any unused item within 14 days of receipt for a merchandise credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling).
Please request an RMA number before sending the items back.
A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.
Please insure your return package against loss in transit.
