Sales Tax:
Mia Belle Baby is based in the State of Florida and is required by law to collect the appropriate sales tax for shipments within Florida. This sales tax is calculated for the specific Florida County to which your order is shipped. If your order is shipped to an address outside the state of Florida, Mia Belle Baby L.L.C., will collect no sales tax on your order.

Shipping:
We ship via USPS First Class, Priority, Express Mail and UPS Ground, with rates for each of the above services calculated at checkout. Please note that international shipping, including shipping to APO addresses and US territories (Guam, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico) is NOT available for children’s costumes. All the other items in our store are shipped worldwide. Orders are sent from Miami, Florida and take approximately 2-6 business days for domestic delivery (please add 8-10 business days for your order if it contains any personalized items). Our Same Day Shipping is only for any in stock, non-personalized orders placed before 1pm EST through our website Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Should you need expedited delivery, weekend shipping, or other help, please contact us. International shipping is available, just select your country at checkout for pricing (delivery times are typically 5-15 business days internationally).
A gift packaging option is available at checkout. Gift packaging items are packaged in a beautiful tulle pouch that is tied with a bow.
Payment
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All credit card transactions are processed using a secure, offsite payment server, taking every measure to protect your privacy and security. Florida residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have all the items that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by email. If no response is received in 24 hours, we will ship the partial order. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items do not appear on your bill.
Returns/Exchanges:
We know that it can sometimes be tough purchasing things online without actually seeing them. We stand behind our product, but if for whatever reason the product is not a fit, just send it back for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. The item needs to be in its original condition and cannot be personalized. This means the tags still have to be attached. The only thing we ask is that you pay the return shipping. To initiate a return, please send us an e-mail to info@miabellebaby.com and include your order number, name, mailing address and reason for return prior to sending the item back. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Please insure your return package against loss in transit. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on items in children’s costumes category, unless the items are defective or damaged.
